This article deals with the issues of the judicial system of the Federal Republic of Germany. The schemes of federal and land courts, their competences, structure of the judicial bodies of different instances are provided in the article. The attached table to the article gives a thought about the importance of the courts of different jurisdiction in the judicial system of the Federal Republic of Germany.
