Обгрунтовується доцільність застосування понять "соціоекологічна ситуація"та "ландшафти екстремальних соціоекологічних ситуацій ",дається їх визначення . Під соціоекологічною ситуацією розуміється стан природно - антропогенного ( сучасного ) середовища ( геореалів ),котрий створює певні проблеми для нормальної життєдіяльності суспільства в конкретному ареалі їх прояву ,і на вирішення яких ( по можливості )орієнтовані його зусилля.
The need of concepts of "socio-ecological s ituation" and "socio-ecological landscapes ofextreme situations" is justified and their definition is given. The socio-ecological situation isunderstood as the stateof natural and anthropo genic (modern) environment (geo-reals), whichposes a challenge for the normal functioning of so ciety in a particularmanifestation of theirarea, and to solve them (if possible). The a main types of such landscapes are described, namelythe flood plain, karst, landslides, coastal, landsca pes zones of critical biological and ecologicalconditions, and to a certain extent a landscapes with regular disp lays of avalanches, mudslide,landslides, volcanic activity.
